1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ice Poseidon Network ("IP2"), you acknowledge you are legally capable of entering a binding agreement and agree to these Terms. Non-agreement constitutes unauthorized access.

2. Age Restrictions & COPPA Compliance

Access is strictly for individuals 18+. Misrepresentation of age constitutes a breach. Users under 13 are prohibited under COPPA. Accounts may be deleted without notice.

3. Enforcement Policy & Zero-Trust Access

IP2 enforces zero-trust, zero-tolerance access. Suspensions, terminations, restrictions, or denials may occur at any time with or without notice. All access is monitored and logged.

4. Advertising & Third-Party Responsibility

External ad networks provide advertisements and links. IP2 does not control or endorse third-party content, tracking, or data practices. ExoClick ads are governed by ExoClick Terms of Service.

5. Data Sharing & Limited Disclosure

IP2 collects minimal data for operations, security, enforcement, monetization, and legal compliance. Users should not assume privacy. EU/UK access may be restricted. Requests may be made via contact email.

6. Content Disclaimer

All content is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." IP2 disclaims responsibility for user-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, and original materials are property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited. IP2 retains rights to internal systems and enforcement logic.

8. DMCA & Copyright Policy

We comply with DMCA. Notices must be submitted to [email protected]. IP2 may remove content at its discretion.

9. Third-Party Services & Risk Allocation

Third-party services (Cloudflare, Google, Twitch API, Kick API, Vaughn.Live API, Parti.com API) are subject to their terms. IP2 disclaims responsibility for third-party security, content, or data handling.

10. Privacy & GDPR / CCPA / DSA

IP2 collects minimal data for operations, security, enforcement, monetization, and legal compliance. Users should not assume privacy. EU/UK access may be restricted. Requests may be made via contact email.

11. Payments & No-Refund Policy

All payments, donations, or contributions are final. Chargebacks may result in bans and legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IP2 is not liable for any damages, loss of data, revenue, or access.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IP2, its owners, employees, and affiliates for claims arising from your use or breach.

14. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Disputes resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association, seated in the U.S. Class actions are waived.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Terms governed by U.S. law. Accessing the site constitutes submission to exclusive jurisdiction of U.S. courts or binding arbitration.

16. Automated Security & Cloudflare Enforcement

Cloudflare and other security services are used for bot detection, rate limiting, fingerprinting, and automated access denial. Circumventing measures may trigger permanent bans and legal action.

17. API Abuse & Unauthorized Access

Scraping, automation, reverse engineering, or bypass attempts are prohibited and may trigger enforcement or legal proceedings.

18. Third-Party API Integrations

The site integrates with the following third-party APIs to provide content aggregation and streaming functionality. These integrations access only publicly available data and do not collect or transmit personal information:

Use of these APIs is governed by their respective terms of service. IP2 is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates from these providers.

19. Severability & Survival

If any provision is unenforceable, all others remain in effect. Obligations survive termination.

20. Warrant Canary & Law Enforcement Requests

As of the date above, IP2 has not received classified legal demands requiring user data disclosure under a gag order. Removal indicates material change.

21. Progressive Web App (PWA) Terms of Use

Installing the PWA provides a standalone interface. Ownership of assets remains with IP2.
